New patients who would like to register with us
There are 2 ways to register with us.
If you are only wanting to register for NHS dental treatment then you need to come into the practice and pick up a registration form. You will be put on the waiting list to be registered with a 2-3 month wait.
If you would like to be seen quicker then you could join our dental plan. Info can be found on our LIPD dental page where you can register online.

We are Open Mondays to Wednesdays 9am to 5:30pm, Thursdays 8am to 5:30pm and Fridays 8am to 4:30pm
Closed lunchtime 1-2 pm.
